FiSahara is opportunity to know truth of Western Sahara conflict, confirms Moroccan journalist

Dakhla (refugee camps), May 3, 2014 (SPS) - The U.S.-based Moroccan journalist, Samia Razougui, said Friday that her participation to the 11th edition of the International Film Festival in Western Sahara (FiSahara), underway in the Wilaya of Dakhla, is an “opportunity” for her to be informed about the reality of Western Sahara conflict, contrary to those misinformation promoted by Moroccan authorities.

Conference on campaign for the liberation of Saharawi political prisoners

El Aiun (Occupied Territories),  May 2, 2014 (SPS) -  Adala UK has participated in a conference in El Aiun, organised by the coordinator of the GdeimIzik camp, following the announcement of the launch of a national and international campaign for the liberation of Saharawi political prisoners. President of Republic supervises commemoration of International Workers' Day

Shaheed Hafed, May 2, 2014 (SPS) - President of the Republic Secretary-General of the Polisario Front on Mohamed Abdelaziz supervised Thursday the commemoration of the International Workers' Day at the presidency.

 

The Programme of  commemoration  included the organization of a sit-in  in solidarity with the Saharawi political prisoners in Moroccan prisons, during which a message from Sahrawi workers to the political prisoners and a statement on the occasion were read.

Prime Minister "satisfied" with Security Council's resolution

Dakhla (Refugee Camps)- Prime Minister Abdelkader Taleb Omar on Wednesday expressed satisfaction with the resolution of the United Nations Security Council though it does not provide for the extension of the mandate of the UN Mission for Referendum in Western Sahara (MINURSO) to include human rights monitoring in the occupied Sahrawi territories.

Congress members urge US Government for enabling MINURSO to hold referendum
