Bir Lehlou (liberated territories), Nov 2, 2012 (SPS) - POLISARIO Front has called on the international community to protect the Saharawi civilians, after Moroccan occupying forces violently dispersed Thursday peaceful demonstration in occupied El Aaiun (capital of Western Sahara) coinciding with Ross visit, indicated a letter sent Friday by the President of the Republic and Secretary General of the Frente POLISARIO Mr. Mohamed Abdelaziz to UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon.

Algiers, Nov 2, 2012 (SPS) - The Minister of Occupied Territories and Communities Abroad Mr. Mohamed Al-Ouali Akek, called Friday on international organizations and community to show solidarity with the Saharawi people following the recent arbitrary acts committed Thursday evening by Moroccan occupying forces in occupied El Aaiun.

El Aaiun (occupied territories), Nov 2, 2012 (SPS) - The Moroccan occupying forces have launched fierce campaign since Thursday against a number of peaceful demonstrations organized by the Saharawi citizens on occasion of visit of the UN Secretary General’s Personal Envoy Christopher Ross to occupied Western Sahara, a source from the Ministry of Occupied Territories and Communities Abroad told SPS.

Algiers, Nov 2, 2012 (SPS) - The President of the Algerian National Consultative Commission for the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights, Mr. Farouk Ksentini, emphasized that the struggle of the Saharawi people “will inevitably lead to the independence of Western Sahara.”


During a meeting with Saharawi rights delegations from the occupied territories, Mr. Ksentini underlined that France acted as a terrorist state with Algeria and Morocco follow the same position through its terrorist acts in Western Sahara.

Chahid Al Hafed (refugee camps), Nov 2, 2012 (SPS) - POLISARIO Front has confirmed that that visit of the UN Secretary General’s Personal Envoy Mr. Christopher Ross to occupied Western Sahara constitutes “a new turning point” in the UN and international community’s dealing with the Saharawi question.

AlAyoune (occupied territories) Nov01,2012(SPS) the personal Envoy of the UN Secretary General for Western Sahara, Christopher Ross, on Wednesday evening expressed happiness to visit occupied city of  ALAyoune , as published on the website of the United Nations  Mission for the Referendum in Western Sahara(MINURSO)
 

  “I am happy to come here to Laayoune to visit MINURSO and to learn more about the Mission’s work, as well as meet with a broad range of interlocutors.” He said.

Al Ayoune (occupied territories) November01,2012(SPS)   United Nations Secretary-General’s Personal Envoy for Western Sahara Christopher Ross  on Wednesday  evening arrived in Al Ayuune  in his first visit to occupied territories of Western Sahara, as part of a tour to North Africa and Europe he started Saturday in Morocco.
