Madrid, 11 February 2023 (SPS) - The 23rd edition of the "Western Sahara Marathon" will take place on 28 February in the Sahrawi refugee camps with the participation of some 300 runners from 23 countries, as part of the campaign of solidarity with the Sahrawi people and its just cause for self-determination.
The event, which is the most important sporting event held in the Sahrawi refugee camps, was presented on Friday in the Spanish capital, Madrid, as it has a global resonance due to its solidarity character.

Madrid (Spain), February 10, 2023 (SPS) - In light of the general trend towards the date of the general elections in Spain, as a deadline of December 10, 2023, the Sahrawi issue appears to be one of the main topics within the political debate and a shoe stone for the coalition government between the Spanish Socialist Workers Party and Leonidas Podemos.

The President of the Republic welcomed, in his speech, the Algerian personalities, praising their role and continuous support and defense of the Sahrawi cause in international forums.

Madrid, 4 February 2023 (SPS) - The Polisario Front representative in Spain, Abdullah Arabi, warned against allowing the conflict in Western Sahara to continue, especially as Spain is evading its legal responsibilities towards the Sahrawi cause.
