Chahid El Hafed, Nov 29, 2018 (SPS) - The Presidency of the Republic announced today in a statement new appointments in some state functions and responsibilities.
The communiqué of the Presidency indicates that the President of the Republic and through a presidential decree issued today, November 29, 2018, made the following appointments:
- Hamma Mohammed Salem El-Kori (Hamma Boniya), Governor (Uali) of the Political and Administrative Unit of Chahid El Hafed.

Mexico City, Nov 29, 2018 (SPS) - The President of the Republic, Secretary General of the Frente POLISARIO, Mr. Brahim Ghali, will arrived to Mexico City in a working visit to Mexico where he will participate in the investiture ceremony of the President-elect of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador,
The President arrived at 15:35 at the Presidential Hangar where he was received by a delegation headed by Senator Norma Rocío Nahle García, next Secretary of Energy and Sahrawi diplomats accredited in Mexico.

Chahid El Hafed, Nov 27, 2018 (SPS) - The Secretary General of the Ministry of Culture, Mr. Ahmudi Labsir, confirmed on Tuesday that the 14th Western Sahara International Film Festival will be held in the Wilaya of Dakhla from 2 to 8December, with the participation of 25 films.

Shaheed Alhafed, November 26, 2018 (SPS) - The Council of Ministers has condemned the maneuvers carried out by European bodies aimed at  circumvention the ruling of The Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU), which nullify any agreement with the Moroccan occupation state that includes the natural resources of Western Sahara.

Amheriz (Liberated Territories) November 24, 2018 (SPS) - Minister of National Defense, Abdellah Lahbib, highlighted on Saturday that Sahrawi People's Liberation Army (PLA) achieves security and stability thanks to its readiness, professionalism and thwarting of all schemes of the Moroccan enemy aimed at flooding the region with drugs and encouraging organized crime gangs to shake security and stability.
This came during the Minister of National Defense’s supervision of the inspection of the units of the 4th regiment of the People's Liberation Army.

San Salvador, November 24, 2018 (SPS) - Minister for Latin America, Mansur Omar, accompanied by Ambassador to El Salvador, Suliman Tieb Henan, was received Thursday by President of the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of El Salvador, Norman Quijano, at the Legislative Palace.
Minister for Latin America briefed the President of the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of El Salvador on the current development related to the Sahrawi issue and the future negotiations between the Polisario Front and Morocco.

Brussels, November 23, 2018 (SPS) - The European Parliament hosted a conference on the effects of EU-Morocco agreement on the United Nations settlement process of the conflict in Western Sahara, in which the decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Parliament (CJEU) and the relevant resolutions of the UN Security Council were underlined.

Brussels, November 23, 2018 (SPS)  - The European Parliament’s Committee on Foreign Affairs (AFET) affirmed that its vote, in Wednesday’s meeting, on “the proposal of the Council’s decision relating to the conclusion of an agreement in the form of exchanging letters between the European Union (EU) and Morocco, concerning the modification of protocol 1 and 4 of the Euro-Mediterranean association agreement between EU and Morocco, doesn’t mean at all the recognition of Morocco’s sovereignty over the territory of Western Sahara,” said  Sahrawi Deputy Minister for Europe .

Burgos (Spain), November 23, 2018 (SPS) - The two cities of Burgos, region of Castilla La Mancha and of Valladolid, capital of Castile and Leon, in Spain, sent on Tuesday humanitarian aid to the Sahrawi refugee camps, made up of foodstuffs, pharmaceuticals and school supplies.
In solidarity with the Sahrawi refugees, the city of Burgos, region of Castilla La Mancha sent 22 tonnes of foodstuffs, pharmaceutical products and medicines in addition to seven vehicles of different types.

Buenos Aires (Argentina), Nov 22,  2018 (SPS) - The representatives of Public universities participating in the first Global Forum on Critical Thinking held in Buenos Aires, Argentina, expressed  their support to the Saharawi people by organizing a free and fair referendum to ensure their self-determination.

San Salvador, Nov 22, 2018 (SPS) - Within the framework of the visit of the Saharawi delegation to El Salvador, led by Mansur Omar, Saharawi Minister for Latin America and the Caribbean, accompanied by Suliman Tieb Henan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Arab Sahara Democratic Republic before El Salvador in concurrence and based in Nicaragua, were invited to be present at the Plenary of the Honorable Legislative Assembly of El Salvador, during which they were greeted by the Plenary.

Miyec (Liberated Territories), Nov 20, 2018 (SPS) - Minister of National Defense, Abdellah Lahib Alballal, has arrived to the third military in two days working region as part of its tour t to military regiments of the People's Liberation Army.
Abdellah Lahib and his accompanying delegation were received by the Commander of the third Military Region, Mahfud Zein and its General Staff.

Rabat (Morocco), Nov 20, 2018 (SPS) - The Moroccan authorities has delayed the process of enrollment in the Master study of the Sahrawi political detainee, member of Gdeim Izik Group, Abdlahe El Wali Aljanfawi as part of its systematic policy of violation of the basic rights of Sahrawi political prisoners.

Chahid El Hafed, Nov 20 2018 (SPS) – the chairwoman of Organization of Sahrawi Young women, branch of Saharwi Youth Union (UJSARIO), Ms,  Jaudda Ahmed Mahmud has announced the nomination of  the Preparatory Committee for the Fourth Young Women Conference.
The committee has held its first meeting under the chairmanship of the Secretary General of the Sahrawi Youth Union, Mr. Mohamed Said Daddi, who praised the efforts made by the young woman during the previous term.
