Polish Deputy Foreign Minister: We Support a solution that ensures the Sahrawi people’s right to Self-determination and to a referendum

Algiers, 28 October 2024 (SPS) – The Polish Deputy Foreign Minister for the Middle East and Africa, affirmed in an interview with Algeria’s "El Khabar" newspaper published yesterday, his country’s steadfast position on the conflict in Western Sahara.

The Polish official clarified that "Poland's stance on Western Sahara has not changed; we support a process  of the solution under the auspices of the United Nations and in accordance with international law."

Algerian political party confirms its continued support for Sahrawi people and their right to self-determination

The Retreat held from the 25th to the 26th of October 2024 in Abidjan, is organised in collaboration with the Government of Côte d’Ivoire.

President of Republic makes appointments at the level of Ministry of National Defense

Shaheed Al-Hafed, October 26, 2024 (SPS) - The President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Polisario Front and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces issued yesterday October 25, 2024, a presidential decree by which he made a number of appointments at the level of the Ministry of National Defense based on the powers conferred upon him by the constitution.

In his speech at the BRICS summit held in Russia, Luis Arce reiterated Bolivia's support for the Sahrawi people's right to freedom and self-determination.

OUISO urges Macron to align France’s position with CJEU rulings

Paris, 25 October 2024 (SPS) - The International University Observatory of Western Sahara (OUISO) urged French President Emmanuel Macron on Friday to "reconsider" his position on the issue of Western Sahara, deeming it "essential" for France to "align" its stance with the rulings of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU), which has once again confirmed the "separate" and "distinct" status of this territory compared to Morocco.
