Havana, July 16, 2018 (SPS) - The 24th edition of the Sao Paulo Forum is being held in Havana, Cuba, from July 15-17, with the participation of a Sahrawi delegation led by Minister for Latin America and the Caribbean, Mansur Omar.
The forum, held in Havana for the third time after the 1993 and 2001 editions, brought together 430 delegates from Latin America and the Caribbean, Europe, Asia and Africa, with the Left’s unity in Latin America and the Caribbean as its theme.
The forum includes various discussions and events with the participation of parliamentarians, female and youth delegates. It also establishes a position against hostile acts towards progressive governments in Latin America. (SPS)
