Bir-Lehlu, December 8, 2018 (SPS) – President of the Republic, Secretary General of the Polisario Front, Brahim Ghali, sent a congratulatory message to President of the United Republic of Tanzania, H.E. John Pombe Joseph Magufuli, on the 57th anniversary of the Independence Day.
“On behalf of the Saharawi People and on my own behalf, I would like to extend to you and the people of United Republic of Tanzania my sincere congratulations on the 57th anniversary of the Independence Day of United Republic of Tanzania,” said the President of the republic.
“I would not miss this opportunity to extend my thanks to Your Excellency, the Government and the People of the United Republic of Tanzania for your steady position in defending the struggle of the Sahrawi People for their right to Self-determination and Independence, and for the excellent bilateral relations between the people of the United Republic of Tanzania and the people of the Sahrawi Arab democratic Republic, which certainly enhance the core role of the African Union to take its natural place in the International arenas,” he added.
