Birlahlou (Liberated Territories), 31 December 2022 (SPS) - Units of Sahrawi People's Liberation Army (SPLA) on Saturday targeted the positions of the Moroccan occupation forces in the Mahbas sector, causing loss of lives and equipment, according to military statement No. 707 of the Ministry of Defense.
"Advanced detachments of the Sahrawi People's Liberation Army targeted the entrenchments of the occupation soldiers in the areas of Alaria, Laagad and Aguirat-Ould-Ablal in the Mahbas sector," the statement said.
On Friday, advanced detachments of the Sahrawi People's Liberation Army focused their attacks on the positions of the Moroccan occupation forces in Mahbas and Farsia sectors, in the areas of Shidmia, Tanushad, Amitir-Lamkhinza and AlFai'in, according to the statement.
The attacks of the Sahrawi People's Liberation Army continue to target the positions of the Moroccan occupation forces, which "suffered heavy losses in lives and equipment along the berm (wall of humiliation and shame)", added the same source.
