According to the military communiqué No. 487 issued by the Sahrawi Ministry of Defense, "the units of the Sahrawi army bombed the positions of the Moroccan occupying forces in the area of Lakaad in the Mahbes sector.
Advanced SPLA detachments had previously targeted the entrenchments of Moroccan forces in the areas of Akrara Chedida, Djebilat Lakhdar and Akrara El Farsik in the sector of El Farsia and Mahbes, it should be recalled.
The SPLA attacks continue against the occupation forces who suffer heavy human and material losses along the wall of shame, since the violation of the ceasefire and the resumption of the armed struggle on November 13, 2020," the communiqué concluded.
