Florence (Italy), 15, July 2022 (SPS) - The elected representatives of European municipalities twinned with the Sahrawi cities of the refugee camps underlined in Florence (Italy), "the need to unite their efforts to allow the Sahrawi people to obtain independence and to take full advantage of their rights".
The 2022 edition of the International Conference of Cities in Solidarity with the Saharawi People saw record participation this year from elected officials and friendly associations with the Saharawi people.
