Pretoria (South Africa) 02 March 2021 (SPS)- President of South Africa, Mr. Cyril Ramaphosa, congratulated the President of the Saharawi Republic, Mr. Brahim Ghali, for the celebration by the Saharawi people of the 45th anniversary of the proclamation of the Saharawi Republic (SADR).
“On the auspicious occasion of the celebration of the Proclamation of the Saharawi Arab Democratic Republic 27 February 2021, the Government and people of the Republic of South Africa join me in conveying to You Excellency, the Government and people of the Saharawi Arab Democratic Republic, our warmest greetings and sincere congratulations,” President Ramaphosa wrote in a letter he addressed to his Saharawi peer on Saturday 27th February.
South African President further zeized the opportunity to reaffirm his government’s “desire to further engance and consolidate the excellent bond of friendship that exist between our countries.” (SPS)
