Shaheed El-Hafed, Nov 28, 2016 (SPS) The National Council (Parliament) celebrated Monday the 41th anniversary of its foundation, indicated a statement of the Saharawi legislative body.
"The Saharawi parliamentary experience has been able to make the voice of the Saharawi people in the struggle for independence heard throughout the world by means of establishment of strong relations with local and international parliaments and foundation of parliamentary friendship groups in different continents," indicated the same source.
"The National Parliament has become a political institution that has helped to train many national executives and improve their skills, in order to anchor the democratic experience and promote legislative action within the Saharawi state", it added.
The Nation Council called on the Saharawi people to attach to national unity against the plots of the Moroccan enemy, to increase its struggle under the banner of the Polisario Front the legitimate representative of the Saharawi people, and to strengthen the institutions of the Saharawi State, in particular the Saharawi People's Liberation Army.
