"The people of the SADR have waited 29 years for the United Nations to fulfill its promise to organize a referendum (which was linked to a ceasefire) through its mechanism represented by MINURSO," the statement said.
The statement stated that "Sahrawi civilians closed the illegal breach (in Guerguerat," which is an illegal trade route.
