Chahid Al Hafed (refugee camps), July 14, 2013 (SPS) - The President of the Republic and Secretary General of the Frente POLISARIO Mr. Mohamed Abdelaziz appointed Saturday Mr. Hamad Mohamed Fadel as a director at the Transport Ministry and chairman of the Saharawi Electricity Foundation.
Mr. Hamad Mohamed Fadel had served as a minister, ambassador and national director. (SPS)
