Montevideo (Uruguay), March 8, 2014 (SPS) – Uruguayan Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Luis Almagro received Friday in Montevideo Saharawi Ambassador to Uruguay Mr. Sheibani, according to a of the Embassy.
During the meeting, the ambassador briefed his host on the developments related to the issue of the Western Sahara in the light of a recent visit by a delegation from Uruguay to the Saharawi refugee camps and liberated territories.
The ambassador delivered a letter from Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Salek to his Uruguayan counterpart. (SPS)
