Nairobi (Kenya), August 30, 2014 (SPS) - “Morocco has drowned the region in drugs and funded the terrorist groups” confirmed the head of the Sahrawi delegation, Ibrahim Mohamed Mahmud, secretary of state for security and documentation, during the 11th Congress of the African Committee for Security and Intelligence, in Nairobi, Kenya.
The Secretary of State for Security and Documentation considered in his intervention during the Congress that the Moroccan occupation to a great part of an African country represents threat to peace and security in the region.
