Dakhla (Occupied Territories), September 29, 2014 (SPS) - Saharawi political prisoner and human rights activist, Hasena Elwali Aleya, died Sunday night at a military hospital in the occupied city of Dakhla, where he had been admitted due to his "critical" health conditions, as a result of medical negligence.
Martyr Hasena Aleya suffered of a critical condition for some time in his cell in prison before being transferred to a hospital in the occupied city of Elaiun, where he was denied proper medical treatment.
He was taken into coma to the Military Hospital of the occupied city of Dakhla, where he spent his the last days through artificial respiration and was deprived of family visits.
The martyr was a political prisoner, human rights activist and a member of the Sahrawi Association against Torture, suffered from a broken hand, following his arrest in 2012 and served a three-year in prison for his participation in the historical events in the occupied city of Dakhla 2011, it should be recalled.
