Chahid Al Hafed (refugee camps), Nov 26, 2014 (SPS) - President of the Republic, Secretary General of the Polisario Front and Supreme Commander of Armed Forces, Mr. Mohamed Abdelaziz, on Tuesday oversaw a military exercise performed by various formations of the 6th Military Region of the People’s Liberation Army.
Accompanied by Minister of Defense Mr. Mohamed Lamine Bouhali and Head of 6th Military Region Mr. Abbali Hamudi, President of Republic made an inspection tour to participating units in this military exercise, before giving the starting signal.
The exercise simulates a real military operation targeting units of the enemy stationed and protected by a sandy wall.
The exercise comes in the margin of the strategy to reinforce military and material capacity of units of the Saharawi People’s Liberation Army.
It is also a clear response to the policies of procrastination and maneuvering pursued by Moroccan regime. (SPS)
