Chahid Al Hafed (refugee camps), Nov 27, 2014 (SPS) - Algerian parliamentary delegation on Thursday arrived in the Saharawi refugee camps, as part of a four-day visit of solidarity with the Saharawi people.
According to a statement disseminated by Saharawi Parliament, the Algerian delegation will participate at the celebrations marking the 39th anniversary of the establishment of the Saharawi National Council.
The two sides will organize a joint session in order to exchange ideas and experiences.
During this visit, the delegation will be able to assess at first hand the catastrophic effects of the Moroccan-built Wall of Shame, which separates Western Sahara people and land.
They will also visit some institutions and facilities in the camps, and meet members of the Saharawi government, notably Prime Minister. (SPS)
