Aviles, (Asturias), December 16, 2014 (SPS) – The first conference of Sahrawi journalists in Europe under the theme “Credibility, Message, Professionalism” held inAviles(Asturias), Spain, concluded Sunday following two days of deliberations.
The participants focused during the conference held after the name of “Mohamed Ibrahim Basiri” in their speeches on the situation of Sahrawi media and the challenges facing it.
The conference was attended by the mayor of the town and president of the association of friendship with Sahrawi people.
The conference elected Selamu Hamudi as the president of the league of Sahrawi journalists in Europe as well as a new executive bureau. (SPS)
