AFAPREDESA meets international human rights activists in Brazil

São Paulo (Brazil), May 28, 2015 (SPS) - Member of the Executive Bureau of Association of Families of Saharawi Prisoners and Disappeared (AFAPREDESA), Mohamed Hallab, has met the representatives of some international associations and human rights organizations, in the margin of the International Conference on Human Rights, underway in São Paulo, Brazil.


In a with meeting AFAPREDESA representative, the Director of the American Civil Liberties Union’s Human Rights Program (HRP) Mr. Jamil Dakwar expressed his solidarity and sympathy with the right of the Saharawi people to self-determination and independence.


He also held other talks with the representatives of Conectas non-governmental organization of human rights.


It is worth to mention, the Conference will continue until the 29th of this month, in the presence of some 200 participants representing about 28 countries from different continents of the world. (SPS)
