Murcia(Spain), Sept 22, 2015 (SPS) - the Universities of Murcia and Cartagena hosted the fifth edition of the Sahrawi cultural days under the title "Sahrawi culture a message of peace in the service of the Sahrawi cause," from 13 to 15 October.
The university activities will coincide with the fortieth anniversary of the Day of National Unity, which the solidarity movement and the Polisario Front representation to Murcia annually celebrate together.
The solidarity days will be marked by several lectures, poems and round tables on the Sahrawi heritage and culture, the reality of human rights in the occupied territories, and the struggle of the Sahrawi women and the prospects of academic cooperation between the university of Tifariti and Murcia universities.
