Bir Lehlu, November 6, 2015 (SPS) - President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, Mohamed Abdelaziz, mage a phone conversation with His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz, President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, Thursday evening.
During the phone call, the two sides exchanged news and information on the recent developments, particularly the latest wave of torrential rain and floods that hit Sahrawi refugee camps and various areas of Western Sahara, which also included some regions of Mauritania.
In this regard, the phone conversation was an occasion for the President of the Republic to express, on behalf of the people and the government of the Sahrawi Republic, thanks and gratitude to the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, president, government and people, for the worth relief aid provided by the Mauritanian government to the Saharawi people, following the recent rains and floods.
The two Presidents exchanged during phone conversation views on issues of common concern. (SPS)
