Shaheed El-Hafed, 17 May 2021 (SPS) - Masses of the wilayas and institutions of the Sahrawi state organized Monday a demonstration in solidarity with the family of Sahrawi human rights activist Sultana Khaya, who was subjected to grave violations by the Moroccan occupation forces.
The demonstration was organized in front of the headquarters the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), in Shaheed Al-Hafed, Sahrawi refugee camps, during which speeches were delivered the by representatives of the authorities (Workers Union, Ministry of Occupied Territories and Communities, wilaya of El-Aaiun, wilaya of Awsard, wilaya of Smara, wilaya of Boujdour, the Political and Administrative Unit of Shaheed Al-Hafed, and Sahrawi Students Union, confirming their unconditional solidarity with militant Sultana Khaya and the Sahrawi civilian prisoners in Morocco.
The speakers reiterated their willingness to continue struggle to liberate the homeland and end the suffering of the Sahrawi masses in the occupied territories, appreciating the decision of the Polisario Front to resume the liberation war after Morocco violated the ceasefire agreement. (SPS)
