Addis Ababa, November 17, 2018 (SPS) – President of the Republic, Secretary General of the Polisario Front, Brahim Ghali, took part Saturday in the 11th extraordinary summit of Heads of State and Government of the African Union, held Saturday and Sunday in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
On the sidelines of the summit, the President of the Republic will hold talks with African leaders and officials on the latest developments related to the Sahrawi issue at the African Union and United Nations levels.
The President of the Republic is accompanied by a delegation comprising Hamdi Al-Khalil Mayara, Minister Delegate for African Affairs, Lamine Baali, Ambassadors to Ethiopia and Permanent Representative to the African Union, Abdati Breika, Councilor to the Presidency of the Republic.
The AU extraordinary summit will be devoted the Pan-African Organization’s institutional reform. (SPS)
