Mr. President,
On behalf of the Saharawi People and on my own behalf, I extend my sincere congratulations on the 58th anniversary of the Independence Day of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Acknowledging the value of the achievements in the past 58 years of independence, Nigeria has made a lot of progress and positive impact not only on its citizens but also on the Africa development and its constant commitment towards eradication of all sort of colonization agenda and strengthening the economical independency of our continent.
I would like to take this opportunity to express our deep appreciation and gratitude of the steady solidarity of Nigeria in defending the struggle of the Sahrawi People for their right to self-determination and independence.
I strongly believe, Excellency, that the bilateral relations establishedbetween the People of Federal Republic of Nigeria and the People of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic,have played a crucial role in making them closer, based on mutual respectand common approach towards key challenges regarding peace and development.
