Algiers, March 27, 2016 (SPS) - South Africa's ambassador to Algeria Mr. Denis Tokozana Dlomo, has reaffirmed his country's support for the right of the Saharawi people to self-determination and independence.
This came during a reception on Saturday at the SADR Embassy in Algiers by the Sahrawi Ambassador Mr. Bushraya Hamoudi Bayoun. The meeting focused on the bilateral relations between the two countries, the Sahrawi Republic and South Africa, as well as the common struggle of the two peoples against colonialism and expansion.
Mr. Bushraya Hamoudi Bayoun briefed his guest on the latest developments related to the issue of Western Sahara in the light of tension between the United Nations and the Kingdom of Morocco. (SPS)
