On behalf of the people of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, its government and myself, I extend warm congratulations on the glorious occasion of the 49th Anniversary of Independence of your Country, Jamaica.
I hope that the friendly relations between our two nations based on friendship and understanding will grow even stronger in the years ahead.
I wish every success to you personally and long years of prosperity and well-being to the people of your country.
Once again, congratulations on the celebration of the Independence of Jamaica.
