Shaheed Al Hafed (refugee camps) Sept 18, 2011 (SPS) - The National Secretariat of the Polisario Front held Saturday an emergency session chaired by the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Abdelaziz, has allocated mainly to examine the rules of procedure’s document of the Preparatory Committee for XIII Congress of Polisario Front in application to the requirements of the basic law of the Polisario Front, particularly Article 46.
The session heard a briefing made by the Mr. Khatri Addouh, chairman of the Preparatory Committee, on the sessions have been held since the foundation meeting. It deeply discussed and recalled to enormity of the charge and the feeling of responsibility and the circumanstances surrounding the national cause.
The document included a set of prerequisites, objectives, tasks and powers enabling the Committee to successfully supervise the preparation process.
It also took the opportunity “to forward its call to all the Saharawis for the constructive cooperation with the Committee in order to successfully completing its mission, and thus succeeding the thirteenth Congress of the Polisario Front as a historic focal-point in the struggle of our people, under the leadership of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Saguiet Al Hamra and Wad ad-Dahab, for freedom, self-determination and independence.” (SPS)
