Shaheed Al Hafed (Saharawi refugee camps), Oct 22, 2011 (SPS) - The National Secretariat of the Polisario Front has ratified a motion that frames the political seminars of its XIII Congress scheduled for the second half of next December in the liberated town of Tifariti, according to a statement issued Saturday by the Presidency of the Republic.
According to the statement, the National Secretariat held an emergency session chaired by the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Abdelaziz, where it listened to a report presented by the president of the preparatory committee. It also examined the motion that framing the political seminars of the thirteenth Congress of the Polisario Front. It therefore approved a number of documents presented to it including the evaluation, current situation, programme of national action, basic law, Intifada and occupied territories.
The motion includes the preparation of the legal steps, set the preparation phases of the Congress, establish a detailed calendar of work for the seminars and organize the electoral process in accordance with the requirements of the law, the same source added. (SPS)
