Algiers, April 17, 2012 (SPS) - Algeria and the Saharawi Arab Democratic Republic (SADR) signed Tuesday here a framework agreement for cooperation in strategic studies and researches in 2012.
The agreement was signed by the director of the Algerian Strategic and Security Research Centre (HSRC), M’hand Berkouk, and the head of Saharawi Seguiet El Hamra and Rio di Oro Centre for Strategic and Political Studies, Baba Mustapha.
The one-year agreement between the two institutions covers cooperation in five fields, including exchanges in research, expertise and analysis.
The HSRC is committed, through the agreement, to assisting Seguiet El Hamra and Rio di Oro Center for strategic and Political Studies in supervision and training.(SPS)
