"I am very happy, and the Islamic nation prepares to celebrate Eid-al-Fitrt, to send to you on behalf of Algeria, the people and the Government and on my own, the warmest congratulations, praying to God Almighty to give you good health and happiness and give the brotherly people further progress and prosperity.", said the Algerian President.
"Also I assure you our readiness to join your efforts to promote the bonds of friendship and cooperation between our two brotherly countries and peoples" , wrote President Abdelaziz Bouteflika
