Bir Lehlou (liberated territories), June 22, 2014 (SPS) - President of the Republic and Secretary General of the Frente Polisario Mr. Mohamed Abdelaziz has sent a message of congratulation to Honourable Gaston A. Browne, following his election as a new prime minister of Antigua and Barbuda.
“On the happy occasion of your election as Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, allow me Honourable Prime Minister to congratulate you on your nomination and express to you on my own behalf and on behalf of the Government of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic my best wishes for success in your endeavour and prosperity and happiness for your people,” writes President Mohamed Abdelaziz, in his letter to the new Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, a copy of which obtained by SPS.
The Saharawi President expressed confidence that under Mr. Browne’s leadership the traditional friendship between the peoples and countries of SADR and Antigua and Barbuda “will definitely be further strengthened and developed in the future.” (SPS)
