SPS accredits new correspondent in Abuja

Abuja (Nigeria), Dec 13, 2014, (SPS)- The Sahara Press Service “SPS” has accredited last Thursday a new correspondent in Abuja, Mr. Odoh Innocent Phinan, Journalist editor of International affairs at Blue Print magazine, in a move which aims to expand the network of international correspondents of “SPS” and the integration of press activists and sympathizers with the Saharawi issue.

 


The inauguration of the new correspondent, which took place in the headquarters of the Saharawi Embassy in Abuja, was attended by the Saharawi ambassador to Nigeria Obbi Bouchraya, in addition to the representative of Nigerian Committee for solidarity with the Saharawi people.

 


The Saharawi Ambassador to Nigeria stressed by the way, that the Saharawi journalists appreciate this voluntary action, which aims to cooperate with them in their legal fight against Moroccan occupation.

 


From his side, Nigerian journalist said “that he is proud for the confidence he is given to work with the Sahara Press Service, pledging to do his best to help the Sahrawi media in its noble mission and within the context of the struggle of the Saharawi people for freedom”. (SPS)
