El Aaiun (Occupied Territories), January 2, 2015 (SPS) - Sahrawi political prisoner Abdelkarim Bushelga is suffering of deteriorated health conditions as a result of a severe headache and acute pain, causing him to scream and cry, according to a source of the Ministry of the Occupied Territories and Community Abroad.
His health conditions worsened as a result of the deliberate neglect of the prison authorities, which put him in hospital, as punishment for his political activism in defense of the right of the Saharawi people to self-determination and independence, added the source.
Abdelkarim Bushelga had been subjected to torture and abuse inside Moroccan police station, along with Sahrawi journalist Mahmoud Elhaisan, where they were arrested in July 2014, it should be recalled. (SPS)
