Sahrawi women banned from their right to peaceful protest in occupied El Aaiun

Occupied El Aaiun, January 10,  2015 (sps) –The Moroccan authorities prevented Thursday in the occupied city of El Aaiun Sahrawi women who have master diplomas from their peaceful right to demonstration in front of the so-call the headquarters of the city, according to the Ministry of Occupied Territories and Community Abroad. 

 

The unemployed Sahrawi Women were subjected to “violent” physical and verbal assaults by the Moroccan police elements in plain and formal clothes, dded the same source.

 

The assaults resulted in casualties of varying severity because the Moroccan police had used sticks , punching and kicking to prevent them from peaceful  protesting to demand their legitimate rights. (SPS)
