Chahid Al Hafed (refugee camps), May 26, 2015 (SPS) - The Minister of Youth and Sport, Mr. Mohamed Moulud Mohamed Fadel, said more than 5000 Saharawi children are going to spend summer holiday 2015 with hosting families in Spain and other European countries, as part of the annual programme “Vacaciones en Paz (vacations in peace)” to start next month.
Speaking to SPS on the sidelines of a preparatory meeting on Tuesday, the Minister indicated that about 4700 Saharawi children will take the advantage of the programme in many Spanish regions, in spite of the ongoing economic crisis.
Other countries in Europe, of which Italy, France and Germany will host a group of Saharawi children, whereas a total of 1000 are going to spend summer holiday at Algerian beaches, added Mr. Mohamed Moulud. (SPS)
