Malabo, July 23, 2015 (SPS) - The President of the Republic, Secretary General of the Polisario Front Mr. Mohamed Abdelaziz on Wednesday congratulated his counterpart of Equatorial Guinea, Mr. Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, for the successful hosting of the International Conference on Africa’s Fight against Ebola, held in Malabo on July 20-21.
In a letter delivered on his own behalf by Health Minister Mohamed Lamine Daddi to Deputy Foreign Minister for Diplomatic Corps, Saharawi President praised the kind invitation extended to him by President Mbasogo to take part at the Ebola Summit, hosted by Malabo on July 20-21.
“By doing doing such a move, you have once again expressed commitment to continue providing experience, possibilities and solidarity from generous people and wise leadership like yours,” stated the letter.
President Mohamed Abdelaziz expressed commitment to improve and strengthen the bilateral relations between the two countries and peoples in the basis of a common history as the only Spanish-speaking countries in Africa, as to moving forward in realizing the aspirations of both peoples and peoples of the entire continent.
He also highlighted that Malabo Summit has come up with outstanding decisions and policies that will eliminate the Ebola disease. (SPS)
