Algiers, January 30, 2016 (SPS) Algeria National Rally for Democracy (RND) reiterated Friday its "constant" support to the Saharawi people in their struggle for self-determination and independence.
In a political resolution adopted at the end of a session of the national Council, RND congratulated the Sahrawi people for the success of the 14th Congress of Polisario Front and for the new international confirmation of its inalienable rights on its territory and its national wealth.
It also called the Security Council to shoulder its responsibilities through the "rapid" organization of a "free and impartial" referendum on self-determination in Western Sahara in favor of the Saharawi people under the auspices and control of United Nations. (SPS)
