Havana, February 19, 2016 (SPS) -The Minister of Education, Mr. Mohamed Mouloud Mohamed Fadel, participated in a conference held in the Cuban capital, Havana, on government development policies of higher education together with Education Ministers of Cuba, Russia and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
During this conference, the Saharawi Minister stressed "the efforts carried out by the Saharawi Republic in the field of higher education and the support received from various friendly countries that believe in the right of the Saharawi people to self-determination".
In this regard, Mr. Mohamed Mouloud underlined "the role of universities in promoting cultural cooperation and took the opportunity to discuss the project of the University of Tifiarte inviting the institutions of the participating countries at the conference to sign agreements and support this ambitious project.
