Shaheed Hafed, July 22, 2024 (SPS) - The President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, Mr. Brahim Ghali, chaired an expanded meeting on the educational system, attended by members of the Permanent Office of the National Secretariat of the Polisario Front, the Government, and the Walis, in addition to the Ministry of education and vocational training.
The meeting called for by the President comes to evaluate the 2023/2024 academic year and prepare for the next year, while working to review the educational systems and methodological plans, especially with regard to preschool, primary and middle.
President Brahim Ghali urged for intensifying the efforts aimed at upgrading the system as a whole, stressing that the Sahrawi State, which has paid all attention to education since the beginning of its establishment, will spare no effort in supporting it and strengthening its foundations.
During the meeting, the member of the National Secretariat and the Minister of Education and Vocational Training, Khatri Adouh, made a presentation on the past academic year, highlighting the main challenges facing the sector and the prospects for overcoming the difficulties.
