Bir-Lehlu, August 20, 2018 (SPS) - President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, Brahim Ghali, issued a presidential decree on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, which includes an amnesty order for a number of prisoners of penal institutions sentenced under the terms of force, said Monday a statement of the Presidency of the Republic.
"On the occasion of Eid al-Adha, and in line with the spirit of tolerance and the atmosphere of solidarity and unity that prevail on this great occasion, which stems from the teachings of our true religion and the values of our authentic society, Mr.Brahim Ghali, President of the Republic, Secretary General of the Polisario Front, issued a presidential decree on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, which includes an amnesty order for a number of prisoners of penal institutions sentenced under the terms of force, who served different prison terms, some of whom benefited from amnesty for the remainder of the sentence while others benefited from a reduced sentence.
