Brazil, Sept 16, 2020 (SPS) - The Brazilian Association of Solidarity with the Sahrawi people has expressed its full support for the new political initiative announced by the Sahrawi president, regarding the construction of civil and administrative structures in liberated territories, such as a legitimate act of exercising the sovereignty of the government of the Saharawi Republic over all its territory.
This support was expressed during a virtual working meeting with the participation of the executive of the Brazilian Solidarity Association with the Saharawi people, and the representative of the Frente POLISARIO in Brazil, Emboirik Ahmed.
Other issues such as the strengthening of the solidarity network and its extension throughout Brazil were discussed at the meeting, along with the desire to coordinate constructive initiatives in the broader scope of Latin American solidarity. SPS
