Bir Lehlu (liberated territories), Nov 12, 2020 (SPS) - Citizens of the liberated municipality of Bir Lehlu Wednesday organized a peaceful demonstration in front of the MINURSO mission.
Demonstrators have raised national slogans and flags, carrying banners showing the suffering of Sahrawi children, all chanting slogans demanding the independence of Western Sahara and life in full freedom.
In this regard, the protesters blamed UN for the intransigence of the Moroccan occupying regime, demanding an end to the suffering of the Sahrawi people, calling for the holding of the referendum to determine the fate of the Sahrawi people, highlighting that the silence of the UN faced with the obstruction and intransigence of the Moroccan occupier, it is no longer acceptable.
