Chahid El Hafed (Refugee Camps), March 30, 2021 (SPS) - Forty-five (45) new cases of Coronavirus infections have been confirmed in the Sahrawi refugee camps, , announced Tuesday the Spokesperson for the Scientific Committee in charge of monitoring the coronavirus pandemic evolution, Dr Mohamed Salem Chej.
In statements to the national press, Dr. Mohamed Salem Chej also reported that, along with the forty-five new confirmed cases, there have been one death and twenty-five cases that have recovered, bringing the total number of confirmed cases since the beginning of 168 pandemic, of which ninety-four overcame the disease and 10 have lost their lives.
He called on all citizens to follow the preventive measures, especially wearing masks, social distancing, as well as avoiding gatherings and visiting patients. SPS
