Bir Lahlou (Liberated Territories) April 18, 2021 (SPS) - The President of the Republic, Secretary General of the Polisario Front, Mr. Brahim Ghali, sent a message of congratulations to his counterpart, President of Zimbabwe, Mr. Emmerson Mnangagwa, on the occasion of the 41st anniversary of his country's independence day.
"On behalf of the people and government of the SADR, I send to your esteemed Excellency, and through you, to the government and the Zimbabwean people, the warmest and sincere words of congratulations on the occasion of the 41st anniversary of Independence Day," the President of the Republic said in his congratulatory message.
On this occasion, the President of the Republic expressed to his Zimbabwean counterpart the solidarity of the SADR with its sister Zimbabwe in the face of the sanctions imposed on it.
He stressed that Zimbabwe has never stopped supporting just causes in the world, despite all the circumstances it is going through, especially the support for the freedom and independence of the Sahrawi people, expressing his gratitude for these positions and principled support. (SPS)
