Kigali (Rwanda) July 17, 2016 (SPS) – The works of the 27th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of African Union Heads of State and Government, have opened Sunday in Kigali, Rwanda.
The President of Republic, Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, Ibrahim Ghali, is attending the summit.
The summit, whose works are to run under the theme "2016 African Year of Human Rights, with Particular Focus on the Rights of Women," will be an opportunity for the participants to tackle a number of issues relating to security, development and the work of African institutions. (SPS)
