Shaheed Al Hafed, 26 February 2023 (SPS) - President of the Republic, the Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, Brahim Ghali, affirmed that the status of the Sahrawi Republic has been enshrined as an irreversible national, regional and international reality.
President Brahim Ghali in an address to the Sahrawi people on the occasion of the celebration of the 47th anniversary of the proclamation of the Sahrawi Republic, said, "the Sahrawi people are celebrating today the forty-seventh anniversary of the establishment of its state, the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, which has been enshrined as an irreversible national, regional and international reality."
It is a cause for pride and absolute confidence in the inevitable victory, adds the President of the Republic, that forty-seven years of resistance and defiance have passed today, despite the majeure circumstances, the enormous difficulties and challenges, in which the heroic Sahrawi people have continued their historic battle for freedom and independence, with firm resolve and renewed determination to achieve their legitimate goals of freedom and independence.
