Tifariti (liberated territories), Dec 17, 2011 (SPS) -the representative of the Spanish confederation"Intersendical", Mr. Jaime Tonda Saturday called on Spain, as the administering power of the territory, to assume moral and historical responsibilities in regard to question of Western Sahara.

he condemned the gross human rights violations taking place in occupied Western Sahara, urging to respect the just right of the Saharauoi people to self determination.
Mr. Tonda also deplored some humanitarian organizations which decided to halt humanitarian aid in favour of the Saharaui refugees under the circumstances of economic crises
More than 300 foreign participants including ambassadors, parties, trade unions, civil society associations as well as media are taking part at the 13th congress of Polisario Front. (SPS)
