Tifariti (liberated territories), Dec 17, 2011 (SPS) - the Thirteenth Congress of the POLISARIO approved Saturday morning with an overwhelming majority the moral and financial reports presented by the National Secretariat before its dissolution, according to requirements of the POLISARIO basic law.
During the morning session, the Secretary General of the Polisario Front Mohamed Abdelaziz Mr. Mohamed Lamin Ahmed replied, on behalf of the outgoing National Secretariat, on all concerns and inquiries expressed in the interventions of the delegates in regard to the moral and financial reports.
In relevant context, working committees began to examine the documents presented by the Congress Preparatory Committee. Delegates started to study these documents and grounds on the horizon to present it to a general session to hold Sunday.
The delegates have bee divided to four committees: basic law and critizing the experience headed by Sid Ahmed Albatal, programme of national action presided by Balahi Siyad, messages and recommendations chaired by Khadija Hamdi and occupied territories by Omar Mansour. (SPS)
